"Lay the foundations for balanced and optimal training"

Running is easy. Or is it? In this course, you will learn which fitness factors influence running and how, and how you can balance your training accordingly. This includes a solid foundation through specific strength, flexibility and coordination exercises.

The workshop is suitable for all runners who want to take a holistic approach to their training and gain an insight into the complexity of running. The course is not linked to specific performance requirements and is therefore equally suitable for slower runners.

Course content

During approximately three hours, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the sport of running in a healthy mix of theory and practice
