Start your winter season with us. Get valuable tips on suitable alternative training to cross-country skiing and your running training in winter. Whether beginner or advanced, everyone is welcome. Enjoyment should not be neglected either: Scenic, culinary, sporty and relaxing. You will learn how to improve your cross-country skiing and running technique and how to train your musculoskeletal system through strength training.
In addition to the running style analysis, you will also receive valuable input on how you can organize your training in winter and what you should bear in mind. You also have the opportunity to improve your alternative training on cross-country skis or, if you haven't started yet, we offer you the chance to try it out.
The wellness zone in the Hotel Waldhaus am See is available for you to relax in. The training sessions take place in different level classes.
