The Skate & Recharge Days are aimed at Runners who want to make active use of the winter and get new impulses for training and regeneration. The program pursues the goal of developing diverse and everyday Alternative forms of training for the winter months in a varied, sensible combination and deliberately without pressure to perform.

The focus is on the Cross-country skiing in skating or classic stylewhich is ideal for winter endurance training and also promotes strength, coordination and a sense of rhythm. In addition, the program offers various movement units that focus on stability, mobility and recovery. Yoga supports mobility and breathing, strength and coordination units strengthen running economy, while Deep Water Running and Running units complete the program.

In addition to the sporting content, there is plenty of room for relaxation and shared experiences. A special highlight is the joint visit to the Enchanted Forest Lenzerheide (included in the price).

The Skate & Recharge Days combines exercise, conscious recovery and new perspectives for winter training - so that you can get through the cold season motivated, versatile and strengthened.

The wellness zone in the Hotel Waldhaus am See is also available for relaxation. The training sessions take place in different level classes.

Program points according to the prov. program, cross-country skiing lessons, accommodation with rich breakfast buffet, lunch, multi-course dinner, all listed trainings led by expert instructors, welcome aperitif, souvenir gift, use of the hotel's sauna and steam bath, admission to the Enchanted forestfree start at one of markus ryffel's events (Swiss Women's Run, Greifenseelauf, Santarun Bern).

Cross-country skiing equipment can be hired on site for an additional charge.
