Enjoy the late summer with us in St. Moritz. A varied program awaits you during the "Late Summer Running Week" in St. Moritz. The week offers you all facets of running, without neglecting enjoyment: Scenic, culinary, sporty and relaxing. You will learn how to improve your running technique and how to maintain your musculoskeletal system through flexibility and strength training. Valuable input is provided by the Running style analysis also a Lactate level field test in collaboration with the Gut St. Moritz clinic to determine your individual training zones. This will give you an exact training recommendation with heart rates for different training zones and the certainty that you are training in the right zone. A coaching session is available for you to discuss your individual questions with one of the coaches.

The wellness zone in the Hotel Waldhaus am See is available for you to relax in. The training sessions take place in different speed classes - the week is therefore suitable for both beginners and advanced cyclists.

Prerequisite

The minimum requirement is 30 minutes of easy jogging (6:40 minutes / kilometer).
