We will teach you all this in the varied spring days from May 18 - 21, 2026 in the mountain spring. The days offer you all facets of sporting activities for people aged 50 and over, without neglecting enjoyment: Scenic, culinary and relaxing. The wellness zone at the Hotel Waldhaus am See*** Superior, Valbella, is at your disposal for relaxation. As the training sessions involve jogging and/or walking, the week is suitable for both beginners and advanced runners. We look forward to seeing you.
