Aqua-Fit includes effective water gymnastics to promote general fitness with integrated running training in the water. This improves mobility, strength and coordination. Above all, however, Aqua-Fit serves as targeted cardiovascular prophylaxis and is a preventative measure against back and lower back pain, which is common in today's sedentary age.

Aqua-Fit is training without stress. After an Aqua-Fit lesson, you will feel relaxed and comfortable despite the exertion. A water vest specially developed for Aqua-Fit provides the necessary buoyancy for an upright posture suitable for training. Aqua-Fit is suitable for recreational and health sports enthusiasts, people who are unaccustomed to water and those with little training, as well as runners, cyclists, etc. Every Aqua-Fit lesson is also a group experience (differences in ability are insignificant).

10-pack Flex subscription Valid for 10 Aqua-Fit lessons of your choice. Course costs CHF 260.- (CHF 26.- per lesson). The 10-lesson subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Own buoyancy aid

If you have your own buoyancy aid, you will receive a course discount. This is CHF 77 for an annual subscription. Rental vests are available on site.
