Running Workshop Overview

Running Module 1

Contents

Running and training are explained to you using the 5 conditioning factors. The conditioning factors are then put into practice:
- Strength -> Strength training
- Endurance -> run at different intensities
- Mobility -> Stretching
- Coordination -> Running school / technique
Speed -> Acceleration runs

Target group

All. Module 1 provides the basis for all subsequent courses.

Running Module 2

Contents

The various forms of training and training planning are looked at in detail. Your running style will also be analyzed and the correlations between the movements explained. In practice, the following content will be part of the course:
- Video analysis incl. individual suggestions for improvement
- Exemplary running training with running school exercises

Target group

All those who bring with them the sound knowledge from Module 1 and people who are concerned with their running training, are looking for ways to optimize it and would like to watch a video.

Running Module 3

Contents

Nordic walking and deep water running are ideal forms of training for anyone who wants to exercise in a way that is easy on the joints, effective and fun - regardless of fitness level or age. They are also an ideal complement to running if you have mastered the technique correctly.

These courses are aimed at both beginners and experienced athletes who want to discover or supplement a new training method and technique.

Running Module 4

Contents

Module 4 is the "all-in-one" package, where in one day you will gain knowledge about the fundamentals of running, the most important training principles, your running style and your performance. You will benefit from the following content on this day:
- Lactate level test (4-step field test)
- Strength, flexibility and technique training
- Fitness test
- Video viewing

Target group

Module 4 is basically suitable for all runners who would like to complete the entire course (at a reasonable price) in one day. However, to get the most out of the course, you should be able to run 4 times 800m regularly at 4 different speeds (warm up, slow, medium, fast).

Learning objectives

Gain knowledge about the fundamentals of running, the most important training principles, your running style and your performance. Get to know your anaerobic threshold and your various plus zones and be certain that you will neither under- nor overstrain yourself in the future.
